1. General

1.1 The Tingana Hospitality Group (also revered to as Tingana Collection) (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website tingana.co.za (“Website”) and provides information about our lodges, accommodations, and safari experiences.
1.2 By using our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1 All bookings made through our Website or via our contact channels are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the stated price.
2.3 Bookings may be subject to specific lodge policies, including deposit requirements, cancellation fees, and check-in/check-out times. Please review these carefully before completing a reservation.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies).
2.5 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 28 days before your arrival date. Please note that we will assess a fee of your original booking amount if you must cancel after this deadline of 28 days prior to your arrival date. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee equals your room charge plus tax for all the nights of your reservation.
2.6 Refunds Policy – Tingana Collection
The provision of services at all lodges within the Tingana Collection (including Buckler’s Africa Lodge, Leopard Sands, and Xidulu Lodge) is subject to availability.

• If the requested lodge is unavailable, the respective lodge will refund the client in full within 30 days.
• Cancellation of a booking by the client will incur a 100% administration fee.
• Cancellation or shortening of a booking by the client within 28 days prior to arrival will result in retention of 100% of the total booking amount.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments for bookings can be made via the methods specified on the Website.
3.2 All payments must be received in full and cleared before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 We are not responsible for any bank charges, foreign exchange fees, or third-party transaction costs incurred during payment.

4. Website Use

4.1 You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.
4.2 You must not:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Website;

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent;

• Use the Website to transmit harmful, unlawful, or offensive material.

  4.3 We may suspend or terminate access to the Website for any violation of these terms.

5. Privacy

5.1 Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, store, and process personal information.

9.2 The latest version will always be available on the Website. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
