Had an amazing weekend with friends at the Lodge.The Lodge overlooks the Crocodile river, into the Kruger National Park and we witnessed a herd of elephants cooling off, a small hippo family and a lone crocodile from the deck by the river bank. Really felt welcome as the team greets you with a big and friendly \"Welcome home\". The staff was amazing and friendly, the team went above and beyond for us. The lodge is a self-catering establishment and has a restaurant on site that caters for halal guests. A friend had a treatment at the spa and raved about the therapist. Ideal getaway for a quiet Bush experience.

The rooms are super clean. The bed is comfortable.. there are no mosquitoes... The food is fairly nice and the price is reasonable ... I like that there is a self catering option if you like. The reception team is very helpful and kind. The Spa was just okay - the ladies apply too much oils but besides I liked everything.. their prices are also very affordable Oh the game drive was 100%. I loved loved loved the experience, the guide was so helpful and patient and kind! We sow 4/5 big fives. Over all. I loved the deluxe room we were offered, it was clean for all 4 nights. The view if the crocodile river from our room was 100%..I haven\'t seen this kind of service at the price i paid anywhere else! Well done guys
Beautiful Lodge on the Crocodile River. Many animals and herds of elephants everyday. Wonderful staff, amazing views, lovely linen, huge very comfortable bed, big flat screen tv, good selection of channels. Very good free wifi. Great aircon.
the location is great, animals come to the river. they also have binoculars for you to borrow, plus crocodile bridge gate is 20mins away for you to do self drive into the Kruger National park. Alternatively you can enjoy your day at the pool and have a relaxing massage. The Host is also great with amazing advice on what to do etc
Buckler’s never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The view of the river is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The staff go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. Nothing is too much for them. We will definitely be back.
I got a lovely room with views of the Crocodile River. I love their bring your own bottle policy. Komatipoort Town and Kruger are a short drive away. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the views are out of this world - you will always dine with hippos and elephants.
Staff were very accommodating. Food was amazing. Facilities were clean. Overall lovely, relaxing and enjoyable.
The property is modern and tastefully decorated. It’s a mere 5 minute drive from the Kruger, Crocodile Bridge gate, especially if you want to be at the gate when it opens. Food is strictly Halaal, breakfast was excellent and well presented. We did not have dinner in the restaurant as we opted to Braai ourselves. The staff were very friendly, made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until our departure. Thank you.
