Fantastic view of Kruger National Park. Hippos seen every day from the private terrace. Fantastic welcome. The food is always customized. Great atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. After every safari there was a great reception. Everything was taken care of before and after each safari. The room and the facilities were fantastic. The drivers are always incredibly nice and entertaining. The shower and bath products had an incredibly wonderful scent. The dining and lounge area is really great. Everything here is simply delightful.
The location of the lodge is excellent, as it is very close to the Crocodile Gate. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to all our queries. They arranged both pickup and drop-off from MQP Airport, as well as a transfer to SANParks since we had booked one safari directly with Kruger National Park. The remaining safari drives were organized through the lodge. The safari guide was very professional and knowledgeable, and we were fortunate to see most of the animals we had hoped to see. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and seamless, making our stay very comfortable.
The location to the Crocodile Bridge Gate of KNP. Also on the bank of crocodile river. Almost like you are right in the KNP able to see Elephants, Hippo etc from the balcony of bedroom. Quite stunning! Indeed a 5 star facilities, the staff were amazing. The ladies at the reception, Xolani, the new staff was helpful, he served us most of the times, the food, wow! Especially the mixed grill, quite irresistible, ate twice in 2 nights stay.
